CONNECTING GOOD WORKERS WITH GOOD EMPLOYERS

Foreign Construction Workers Directory System is a platform launched on 13th October 2015 at Build tech Asia 2015 by Aptiv8 Pte Ltd, and supported by MOM & IMDA. FCWDS is a new technology and solution which empower construction employers to hire existing skilled foreign workers.

This initiative was created to assist foreign workers to search for jobs in Singapore to save efforts and costs on worker’s repatriate for employer by using FCWDS for workers to do direct transfer within Singapore based on validity period. The FCWDS system will directly linked to Ministry of Manpower Service Centre to conduct authenticity verification on all the Biodatas.

It helps to create platform for the Singapore economy to retain higher skilled Foreign Construction workers to continue their employment in Singapore.

Employer will be able to source and filter on the 100,000 Foreign Construction Workers through using FCWDS.

As 2020, FCWDS is under revamping to FWDS (Foreign Workers Directory System) to fulfill all industries’ needs.
